This race (for us) starts the serious jumps season.

And it isn't a walk at all – it's a very competitive 3 ½ mile 12 hurdles held at Ascot where the ground is looking good for jumping.

There are 10 runners with the current favourite being Crambo on 11/4 for Fergal O'Brien and Jonathan Burke.  He's had great success at Point-to-Points and gained a following. We are not sure if that will be good enough to beat West Balboa with the Skeltons hurdler being very much on the up.

Champ has been here before and enjoyed success as well and has firmed in to 4/1 with Jojo O'Neil riding for Nicky Henderson.
