The Good Magic colt seems to have inherited plenty of magic as he justified his odds-on quote to defeat his stablemate Pilot Commander by 2 ¾ lengths giving Bob Baffert the quinella as we predicted.

On Sunday the girls ran in the Santa Ynez over the 1400m and another odds-on favourite Korpion was the winner.  By Omaha Beach she is with Richard Mandella and had Flavian Prat in the irons.  Second went to Don't Bring Crazy and third Tambo.
