Three ridden by William Buick and one by Mickael Barzalon who also rode the winner of the first race – the Firebreak G3- for trainer bin Ghadayer with Hypothetical winning from Southern Artist 10/1 and Quality Humour 16/1 and favourite Western Symphony unplaced.

The G2 Al Fahidi Fort went to Godolphin's Mysterious Night with UK trained Vafortino a length away second in a tight finish with Danyah for the minors.

The Al Shindagha Sprint G3 went to the Michael Costa trained Mouheeb ridden by Tom Marquand with Freedom Fighter 20/1 second and Rawy 11/1 third.

The Blue Point Sprint on the turf again went to Godolphin with Star Of Mystery under Barzalona as Buick couldn't do the weight, with Ponntos second and Tarjalla 16/1 third,

The Al Maktoum Challenge went to the favourite and popular horse Kabirkhan, who hails from Kazakhstan now with Doug Watson and ridden by Pat Dobbs.  Franz Strauss was the second home and Clapton third,

Mendelssohn's Bay 20/1 won the 2000 Guineas for Seemar-O'Shea with favourite Killer Collect second and Quartier the best of the Latinos in third.  Turjman was fourth and not too bad a run from Oasis Boy in fifth.

Godolphin Appleby-Buick also won the last race to finish off a very good day at the office.
