There's an interesting G3 on this Friday's card.

It's the G3 Dubai Millenium Stakes over 2000m on the turf course with a field of 8.  Godolphin usually have the edge here but there could be a serious challenger here in the form of an Irish raider – Jessica Harrington's Trevaunance who has been doing very well according to the stable.  While she hasn't won for a while she has been racing at the top level and finishing well.  She's on 5/2.

Appleby/Godolphin's main runner is New London with Buick riding. He also hasn't found the line for nearly two years and is relatively lightly raced which makes the evens quote in the UK too skinny for us – we'll hope for the luck of the Irish and Shane Foley will take the ride.

The other Appleby runner is Warren Point with Mickael Barzalona who is in the market at 9/2 and is capable of causing an upset.  They are the only runners in single-figures.
