Two G3s and a G1 this weekend in Japan

3 minute read

It's stopped snowing in Tokyo and the sun should be out for the G3 Daily Hai Queen Cup for 3yos over 1600m.

That's the highlight for Saturday and the Morning Line has Safira on top on 3.9 with not much separating the top 4 in the market.  Safira is a Heart's Cry as is Rouge Suerte on 4.5.

The aptly named Queen's Walk on 4.4 is by Kizuna and the Epiphanea colt Arsenaal is on 5.0 with Lemaire om board.  Rachel King rides Gabby's Sister who is by Apollo Kingdom and they are on 29.2.

On Sunday in Kyoto the Kyoto Kinen is G2 over 2200m with Bellagio Opera on 2.2, Rouge Eveil on 3.6 and Praderia 4.9.

Back in Tokyo the G3 Kyodo News Hai is anover 1800m for the 3yos.  Mr G.T. is by Duramente and tops the market on 2.9.  Showman Fleet is by Suave Richard with Lemaire riding and they are on 5.3.  Foster Bond is by Kizuna on 6.3 and last year's 2yo of the Year

Jantar Mantar, by Palace Malice, is on 7.0 which looks tempting especially with Kawada riding.
