This trial for the 2000 Guineas is over 2000m.

It is for the 3yos and G2 and 11 will start.  There's two horses vying for favouritism here – Trovatoro, by Rey de Oro with Lemaire riding and Danon Ayers Rock, by Maurice out of a Fastnet Rock mare hence the name and to keep the Aussie flavour Rachel King will ride him.  They are on 3.00.  Shin Emperor, by Siyouni is on 3.6 with Kawada riding.
