Winning Trainer: Dan Clarken & Oopy MacGillivray (Oopy speaking)
"It's amazing. Never doubt Jamie Kah, she is just a winner, she gave that such a beautiful ride, I had a moment's nerves when she ended up on the fence with horses outside here because she's had a couple of runs there where she hasn't been able to get out but today I think she showed she's well and truly up to that class and I'm very proud of her.
"By far and away the biggest thrill of my training career. The Map is a very special horse to us and it is just a privilege to be here.
After the Geelong Cup: "She had to get the right run. Admittedly this was a little drop in class but she's got one beautiful sustained and and can definitely stay but she doesn't like being held up inside horses and being asked more than once to go. Terrific.
"It was just a terrific ride and she's just a healthy horse."
Seeing potential in Kah: "I think we all knew pretty early, she just had a way of doing things, she'd sit on horses and not move and they ran for her so yeah, beautiful.
"I think she rode a first winner for me at the old Murray Bridge track over 900 metres so we've come a long way. Especially her."
Winning Jockey: Jamie Kah
Relationship with Clarken and Macgillivray: "This honestly feels like I just won the Melbourne Cup for these people, Dan and Oopy, they have looked after me my whole life, they let me live with them for many years and they're like my second parents so to me it's very very special.
"They bought me lots of bottles of win because they have a beautiful winery so I love them even more.
"I was always excited to ride this horse and thought she'd go well but that surprised me how well she ran.
On the run: "I didn't want to be on the fence but we were drawn that way. In the end when we jumped average I just wanted to get off the rail.
"When I had the favourite go up next to me I wanted to tack straight onto it.
"From the 400 I thought we'd got this won. The feel she gave me was fantastic and she was looking for this trip."
Form turnaround: "Last start she looked plain but she just needs one run and when they took off and we had the room that was over and done with after that, she'll stay all day, lovely win and beautiful people."
Riding in Cup: "Feeling good, looking forward to it."
