"He's very happy at the straight and the team has done extremely well to get him where he is and he does love Flemington.

"He came through the last run well but he does need a bit of special attention."

"It was a field of 18 and I hadn't hear of 16 of them. These benchmark 80s it is just a matter of getting a feel as you go.

"I drew the right part and I just needed cover which I got so it was just about letting him flow and pulled him out.

"He had a little look around, it is a while since he's been out in front like that, I think.

"He was just a little lost so I just needed him to feel the other horses and 1100-metres is his sweet spot, I think."
