Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for December 19.

Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Scone and Terang.

SCONE: RACE 7 @ 5:30 PM

CRYSTAL CHIEF (1) Scone-trained gelding who won well two back before jumping in grade when a battling tenth over 1300m at Randwick on November 7 in stronger company. Profiles well for this with the claim from the inside draw. Go close. CIREBON (14) Sara Ryan-trained mare who resumed with a plugging sixth when resuming over 1200m at Newcastle on December 2. Has placed second-up and is expected to feature prominently. INNERVOICE (8) is near her top now and will find this easier after running sixth over 1300m at Hawkesbury on December 3. Trained on the track and go on her runs two and three back when assessing her chances. LEOPARDI (11) won two starts back at Quirindi then finished second last time out over 1200m at Mudgee. Worth following up.

Tricky. LEAN ON ME (15) sat behind the leader beaten 1L at Ararat on debut. Expect that to stack up and she's sure to have come on. Meech stays aboard and will give her every chance. FAYETTA (12) is busting to win and the outside barrier is a lesser concern at the Flemington of the bush. Will likely push forward and has the visors on for the first time. Gets another chance. TOUGH JUDGE (6) needed the first-up run and a much-improved effort is likely. Yendall sticks and he may secure the run of the race. KIMMORLEY (2) will race over further but is promising and will have come on. No surprise to see him finish hard.
