This year’s round of Racing Victoria (RV) Director appointments has been completed without the need for an election amongst the RV membership.

Current Chairman Robert Roulston and current Director Pearse Morgan have been re-appointed with Mohan Jesudason joining the Board.

Mr Jesudason is currently Managing Director of Freestyle Technology Ltd. He was formerly Managing Director of Tabcorp’s Gaming & Group Marketing Division and prior to that held senior executive roles at Telecom New Zealand and National Mutual.

Peter Sinn will be retiring as a Director at the 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and was unavailable for re-appointment.

Mr Sinn was first appointed to the RV Board in 2008 during which time he performed a variety of roles including Deputy Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nominations Committee and Remuneration Sub-Committee. He was also an inaugural member of the RV Integrity Council.

The Director appointments are for three year terms and will commence at the conclusion of the RV AGM which is scheduled for 21 October 2014.
