ARB Media Release: The tragic loss of Carly-Mae has deeply saddened all involved in racing.

The thoughts and prayers of the entire industry are with Carly-Mae’s family and fellow riders at this time.

Carly-Mae was a committed and enthusiastic jockey who was widely respected for her dedication and work ethic. She was popular and highly regarded as an outstanding individual.

Carly-Mae was committed to the highest level of horsemanship and always keen to improve her skills and technique. She was a credit to her profession. It is a terribly sad time for all who knew and loved her. The national industry shares in their grief.

The ARB on behalf of all racing bodies and participants offers its condolences to the family and friends of Carly-Mae at this most tragic of times.
