Racing Victoria (RV) Steward Heidi Lester has been appointed to the position of Chief Stipendiary Steward with the Macau Jockey Club.

A well-known face around the racetracks of Victoria, Lester has worked tirelessly over the past 15 years as a valued member of both the RV Integrity and Apprentice Jockey Training Program teams.

Lester has officiated at a number of race meetings across the globe and will join Racing Victoria graduates Sam Shinsky and Gerard Bush in senior roles within an international racing jurisdiction. Shinsky is currently working as a steward in Dubai while Bush was awarded a full-time position on the Hong Kong Jockey Club stewards’ panel in November last year.
