Post race reports from recent NSW and Victorian race meetings
RANDWICK – May 18
RACE 3: Via Napoli – representative C Duckworth reported that the filly had pulled up well and a veterinary examination had revealed no abnormalities. Duckworth indicated the stable would continue with the preparation of Via Napoli.Crystal Flute – trainer Gerald Ryan advised the filly had pulled up well and a subsequent endoscopic examination had revealed no abnormalities. Mr Ryan indicated the stable felt the filly may have got its tongue over the bit and will experiment with a tongue tie at its next race start.
WYONG May 17RACE 5: Call Me Anything – trainer Peter Robl reported that a subsequent veterinary examination on Wednesday morning revealed some mucus present in the lungs. Robl indicated that he will trial the gelding prior to racing again.
Supreme Dream – Trainer Joe Pride advised the gelding pulled up well and would now leave his stable.SCONE May 14
RACE 1: Murphy's Delight – trainer Chris Waller reported the gelding had pulled up well. He indicated he would now look to place Murphy's Delight over additional ground and on a softer track surface.RACE 7: Ammirata – trainer Joe Pride was spoken to relative to his responsibility to advise the Stewards of any change of tactics relative to Ammirata racing more forward today.
RACE 8: Kuro – trainer Joe Pride reported the gelding had pulled up well and it was the intention to continue with its program.CANTERBURY - May 11
RACE 6: Mr Darcy – Stable representative C Duckworth was advised that Mr Darcy would be required to barrier trial to the satisfaction of the stewards prior to racing again.VICTORIA

GEELONG May 17RACE 6: Rivers Gift - trainer Heath Conners advised the gelding had pulled up well and will be continuing on with its preparation.
RACE 7: Highlands County - trainer Aaron Purcell advised the gelding pulled up fine and he will make a decision on its future in the coming week.DONALD May 14
