Morphettville Parks Races Review on 6th April 2024

After riding a double at Murray Bridge on Wednesday Kayla Crowther made three wins in three days when she guided Disagreeable Miss to a win in the opening of 2250 metre at Morphettville Parks.

Being under the care of Dean and Gary Alexander at Murray Bridge Disagreeable Miss was always in contention when she settled midfield.

The Murray Bridge track prevailed again in the 1550 metre second race when the Damiel Clarken and Oopy MacGillivray charge A Samurai Mind won.

Ridden by Jake Toeroek A Samurai Mind came from a midfield position with a strong run over the concluding stages.

Patrons were treated to a close finish which saw Rubini take out the 1550 metre third race.

Being under then care of Gordon Richards and Damian Moyle the Dominic Tourneur ridden Rubini came with a strong run from late in the event.

Jake Toeroek landed his second winner for the afternoon when he guided Losesomewinmore to a win in the 1000 metre fourth race.

Resuming from a spell the Richard and Chantelle Jolly prepared Losesomewinmore came from last on the home turn to win strongly and bring up his second win from three starts.

The Peter Moody and Katherine Coleman trained Lincolnshire was quick to enter black type company when she won the listed Dequetteville Stakes which was run over 1000 metres.

Having the services of Carleen Hefel Lincolnshire raced in a forward position.

The training duo of Will Clarken and Niki O'Shea continued their good run when Bond Street Beau took out the 1950 metre sixth race.

Guided to victory by Todd Pannell Bond Street Beau led all the way to bring up his fifth win from twenty-three starts.

Overstrike brought up his third win in a row when he won the 1300 metre seventh race.

Prepared by Chris Beig Overstrike, a $30,000 purchase as a yearling, led all the way.

Jake Toeroek brought up his third winner for the day when he rode Jazz Affair to a win in the 1250 metre eighth race.

Giving Richard and Chantelle Jolly their second winner for the day the four-year-old mare Jazz Affair came from a midfield position to win.

Todd Pannell brought up his second winner for the afternoon when he rode Delightful Shecky to a win in the 1250 metre final event.

Trained by duel license holder Dylan Caboche Delightful Shecky made two wins from two starts this preparation when he came from a better than midfield position.
