The James HB Carr Stakes is a Group 3 race for three-year-old fillies conducted by the Australian Turf Club at Royal Randwick.

The JHB Carr Stakes is run over 1400m under set weight and penalty conditions and was first run in 1986.

The JHB Carr Stakes is named in honour of James HB Carr, former chairman of the Australian Jockey Club from 1974 to 1983.

The JHB Carr Stakes was a Listed Race from 1986 to 2013. It has been Group 3 since 2014.
