Simon Miller-trained filly Lady Cosmology made an impressive debut in taking out this Listed race in really good style. She was smartly away, went to the front from barrier four and then travelled well, despite some early pressure. She fought off a challenge at the 200m, dashed clear shortly afterwards and went on to score easily by two lengths. She looks a smart filly with a good future. Princess Pierro raced in fifth place, on the rails, got through to third on turning for home and kept running on nicely for second. Agent Pippa raced outside the leader and eventual winner, challenged her halfway down the straight and then battled on well for third in a sound effort resuming here.
