The Lindsay Park-trained two-year-old filly Pure Scot impressed with a very smart debut win here, albeit in a small four-horse field. She settled in third spot, behind a good tempo, before moving up at the home turn. She was suddenly under riding, taking a while to wind up, but took the lead at the 100m and then dashed away to score easily
