Three-year-old filly Amazon won well, her second win in seven starts. She travelled nicely in sixth place one off the rails. She fanned wide rounding the home turn, took the lead at the 100m and then drew clear to score a soft win at the post by a length and a quarter. She looks suited to further and is quite promising. *ANZ
