Greg Eurell-trained four-year-old gelding Pablo’s Express is a promising young stayer following his impressive win in 3YO Maiden (1600m) at Pakenham on 14 July with another very good win, advancing to 1715m here. He began well, settled in fifth place (one off the rails) before making a quick move (deep) nearing the home turn. He got to the front at the 100m and then went on to score well.
