No Problem settled in seventh place one off the rails, following a good early pace. He was under riding approaching the turn but responded well from the 200m. He took the lead at the 100m and went on to score by almost a length, his first win in three starts. It was a nice win and he seems suited to further. Star Drop was eased from her wide barrier (10) and settled second last on the rails in the 11-horse field. She got a good run through at the 300m, moved to fifth at the 200m and continued to battle on well for a promising second. First Rain ($61) was near last to the 600m, went wide rounding the home turn and kept making ground for third. The Gai Waterhouse-trained filly Spirit Of Joy ($4.75 favourite) worked a bit in the early stages, took the lead at the 800m before tiring from the 250m to finish eighth, beaten three and a half lengths. *ANZ
