Bjorn Baker-trained three-year-old filly Rosina Kojonup staged a very promising effort in winning here. Having her second race start and her first run this preparation, she was quickly away and went straight to the front. She then travelled along really well at a good tempo, was challenged halfway down the straight but responded and then drew away to win easily, dashing home in quick time (last 600m 32.50). She looks a smart filly with a good future.
