I Love It began well from her inside barrier (1) and settled in third place behind the leader (Sh’bourne Spirit), following a good tempo. She moved up nearing the home turn, got to the front at the 100m and then drew clear to score well after enjoying a perfect trip. Boundary was fifth on the rails, got through to third approaching the home turn and kept battling on well in the straight to grab second in the closing stages. Sh’bourne Spirit went to the front, travelled nicely at a good pace (first 600m 36.37) and ran along from the 800m. She was only headed at the 100m and then held on to take a good third.
