Three fillies fought out a close finish to this Two-Year-Old Maiden. Cautious settled in third before moving up to race outside the leader Morzine at the 500m. She challenged that filly shortly after turning for home and after a great battle, scored gamely by a short half head with Morzine also impressing, holding on well after working on the lead. The third-place Kelly’s Diva was caught wide in the mid-stages and remained three-deep from the 500m. She then battled on particularly well for a close-up third. *ANZ
