The Grand Hotel Frankston Mdn
Robert Smerdon-trained filly Kimblewick impressed winning on debut. She began well and then had a good run in third place on the rails, following a good pace but was under pressure nearing the home turn. She then responded when into the straight, got to the front on passing the 100m and then went on to score with quite a bit in hand, looking suited to further. It was a good win she looks a filly with a good future.
