Gary Moore-trained two-year-old gelding Hostwin Meraki did well in winning here on debut. He enjoyed a good trip in fourth place, one out and one back, but was under riding approaching the home turn. He responded to take the lead at the 200m and then drew away to score comfortably. He should be improved by the experience appearing to have good potential.
