Favourite and ultra consistent Osborne Bulls barged through between runners at the 200m to win well, his seventh (maiden stakes win) and is yet to finish further back than third in ten starts. He settled back, one off the fence down the back and turned in third last yet handy enough but needing a clear run. Apprentice jockey Rachel King balanced him up but had to switch to the inner, found a gap at the 200m then barged through, taking over at the 100m and had the race under control by a half length at the line. Red Excitement sat a handy fourth turning in, challenged into the straight and co-led briefly but was outfinished. Invincible Gem was midfield and wide turning in then kept up a solid run, lunging into third short of the line. Passage Of Time snuck through from second to lead upon straightening then held on fairly well for fourth.
