Chris Waller-trained filly Dahooil, who was having her fifth start and her second run this preparation, broke through in a wellsupported win here. She settled nicely in fifth place, between runners, before getting through to third rounding the home turn. She challenged at the 100m and then finished too well to score well. The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott-trained filly Long Time Ago went to the front, got a break on straightening and fought on well for a good second after conceding 3.5kg to the winner.
