After a slow start to the season trainer John Keys (who has taken over most of the Scott Brunton team) is starting to launch an assault on the trainers premiership moving to third, just two off the pace after another treble in Hobart on Sunday. It’s the second consecutive Hobart meeting where Keys has trained three winners.

Trainer Brendan McShane and fly-in jockey Hannah Le Blanc took the honours combining for a winning treble in consecutive races in Launceston Friday night.
