After showing promise with placings at her first two starts, Brad Widdup-trained filly Ridicule broke through here with a very easy win, albeit in a small field of five. She was smartly away from her inside barrier (1). She then travelled really well at a reasonable tempo, took a clear break on straightening and then went on to win by over three lengths, doing so effortlessly. She looks the makings of a smart filly.
