Three-year-old gelding Karpacz in now unbeaten after two starts. He settled well outside the leader (Prince Of Babylon), going at a good tempo. He moved up easily coming to the home turn, went to the front on turning for home and then fought back well to win in a photo. Godolphin-raced gelding Spiral went forward from his wide barrier (10), settled in fourth place, moved up on straightening, challenged strongly at the 100m and fought well to just miss in a photo for a good second.
