Fast Tycoon, a three-year-old gelding trained at Lindsay Park, broke through for his first win in five starts after showing improvement with seconds at his latest two prior runs. He led early before tracking the free-running leader (Misty Sea). He moved up nearing the home turn, took the lead at the 250m and then went on to score easily.
