Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Randwick Kensington, Murray Bridge, Sandown Hillside, Ipswich and Pinjarra Scarpside.

RANDWICK KENSINGTON: RACE 8 @ 4:20 PM

BUNKER HUT (5) was ridden more positively and responded by finishing a close second last start over this course and distance. With most of the pace out of this race with the scratchings, he gets the perfect run from the good gate. Ready to peak this afternoon at the fourth run back. RHYTHM OF LOVE (4) led and fought hard but was overwhelmed late to finish less than a length from the winner recently over 1500m at Rosehill. Honest gelding who is a big threat back at the mid-weekers. NAICONI (7) is up from Melbourne and having her third run after an extended spell. Impressive winner first-up at Sandown then struggled in Saturday grade last time. Good enough to test this line-up. Irish import SPACE AGE (8) is the big market watch first-up from a nine-month break for Ciaron Maher. Good fresh performer who has been gelded and looks ready to make an immediate impact. SUPER CHILLED (11) resumes. Beaten 3.5 lengths by Amor Victorious first-up last prep which reads well.
SELECTIONS: Keen on Bunker Hut.

MURRAY BRIDGE: RACE 4 @ 3:00 PM

HARD PRINCE (1) missed by a neck when resuming at Gawler, in what has proven to be a very strong maiden. Made light work of his rivals last start at Strathalbyn and can continue to improve. Will need a smart steer from the wide alley but has the right man in the saddle to do so. The one to beat. LONGWARRY (2) returned with a bang at Mt Gambier when driving hard to get the verdict. Improvement to come and is drawn favourably again. BONA FIDE STAR (7) is ticking along nicely this time in, going desperately close adding a second win to the tally last start. Has another tricky draw to overcome but warrants serious consideration. Last start winner MORRIS MINOR (3) is also in the mix.
SELECTIONS: Backing Hard Prince to win.

SANDOWN-HILLSIDE: RACE 6 @ 3:20 PM

INUNDATION (2) has always promised Group level ability and has the starting prices to back it up but has had his share of issues and been disappointing at times. Only had the one run last time in and struggled but if he puts it all together he's better than these. RATTLE AND BANG (3) resumes. He's a consistent type who is usually in the finish at this level. Will look to push on and take catching. RAIN LORD (9) is a progressive type who was good in three runs last time in, winning in this grade at Flemington. Should go close. RIVKIN (6) ran well first-up at Warrnambool over this trip and can get into the finish. SCISSOR STEP (1) next best.
SELECTIONS: Inundation to win.

IPSWICH: RACE 7 @ 4:03 PM

ANEMACORE (3) was beaten a nose at the Sunshine Coast first-up on a heavy track in stronger. Today's dry surface will prove no bother. Will come into his own over longer but presents fitter and has plenty up his sleeve. Maps for a soft run and Rodd is a key jockey switch. VICTORY WIN (9) resumes for the Neasham barn and is right up to this if presented forward. His recent trial effort at Deagon suggests he will be and Damien Thornton sticks from that. CRANKY HARRY (1) resumed for the new barn in the Anemacore race and didn't have the best of it when beaten less than 2L. He's trialled sharply into that and has more to give. Fitter and the 3kg claim brings him right into it. JONNY DA WOLF (10) has been threatening before delivering his Maiden win here by a whopping 6.3L. Led them a merry chance in that and Orman stays aboard. Peaks and is likely to step up again.
SELECTIONS: Backing Anemacore.

PINJARRA SCARPSIDE: RACE 6 @ 5:35 PM

CAPRE OMNIA (2) is knocking on the door of his first WA victory and drops back in grade today after some good efforts in Saturday grade. He's drawn ideally for the straight course and he went close to winning at this track and trip second-up. Finds a very suitable race and can return to the winners list. KRYSANOVA (1) was only fair last start after a strong effort over this trip at Ascot two starts ago where she finished behind Capre Omnia. She has the pace to get to the outside from her stall and Noske knows her well. Won here first-up and should make her presence felt. JAZ SESSION (8) couldn't bring up the hat-trick at Ascot last start, but she does still have plenty of upside. Has won well down the straight already this campaign and can put her best foot forward. LITTLE STRAWBERRY (3) always improves second-up and can be launching at them late in the race. SMOKEY MOUNTAIN (4) can bounce back after just a fair effort most recently.
SELECTIONS: Keen on Capre Omnia.
