Typecast, a filly from the Peter and Paul Snowden stable, is now the winner of both starts this preparation. She crossed from barrier seven to settle nicely outside the leader (Who’s Gorgeous) travelling at a moderate pace. She went to the front on passing the 200m and then went on to score quite comfortably. Bubbleberry was fourth, one out and one back, before moving up (deep) nearing the home turn. She challenged at the 200m and then fought on for second. Favourite Kinshachi was sixth, one off the rails, improved wide from the 600m. She briefly looked a threat at the 200m before battling on to hold the minor placing.
