He then ran along at a good tempo, before getting a break at the 600m. He then went on to win quite comfortably without looking in danger at any stage in the straight in scoring his third stakes win. Sense Of Occasion raced back in fifth place, angled into clear running on straightening and made good ground for second, without looking likely to trouble the winner. Destiny’s Kiss was last in the six-horse field until nearing the home turn, when he went deep (under riding) before making ground to take the minor placing. Malice was handy all the way and seemed to have every chance before battling on for (6.2 lengths) fourth.
