Boss switched out four wide into the clear on Who Shot The Barman and nursed him into the race. He quickened up well and took the lead at the 300m before staying on well, drawing away to score a soft win. Jacquinot Bay was game in defeat. He raced on the back of the winner throughout. He battled on gamely in the straight but was no match for the winner, staying on for a well beaten second.
